Maggie.
I'm in the life long process of trying to find myself;
I love anything that can cause positive emotions.

I love: Fitness. Eating. Reading. Hiking. My boyfriend. Wine. Learning. My Friends.
Progression.

I want to make a difference. Whether for a cause, a group of people, or a single person. Not to be remembered, but to help make a change and gain happiness from knowing I could influence someones life.

Paleo Diet

So I have decided that I am going to get myself going by jumping on the Paleo Diet bandwagon! I’m going to make myself feel better, and see better results at the gym! I am incredibly excited!

If you don’t love parachute, I don’t love you (just kidding, I love you all). But seriously… rethink your priorities.

Let’s Face It. English Is a Stupid Language.

There is no egg in the eggplant,
No ham in the hamburger
And neither pine nor apple in the pineapple.
English muffins were not invented in England,
French fries were not invented in France.

We sometimes take English for granted, but if we examine its paradoxes we find that:
Quicksand takes you down slowly,
Boxing rings are square,
And a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig.

If writers write, how come fingers don’t fing?
If the plural of tooth is teeth,
Shouldn’t the plural of phone booth be phone beeth?
If the teacher taught,
Why hasn’t the preacher praught?

If a vegetarian eats vegetables,
What the heck does a humanitarian eat?
Why do people recite at a play,
Yet play at a recital?
Park on driveways and
Drive on parkways?
How can the weather be as hot as hell on one day
And as cold as hell on another?

It’s not about what happened in the past, or what you think might happen in the future. It’s about the ride, for Christ’s sake. There is no point in going through all this crap, if you’re not going to enjoy the ride. And you know what… when you least expect, something great might come along. Something better then you even planned for.
